The Giraffe pose: This pose requires for you to stand up on your feet and join your palms together in a Namaste-like place above your head while they remain fully stretched up in a mountain like pose.
The Happy Baby pose: For this pose you can lie down on your back and push your folded legs into your chest and hug them with your hands and rock like a happy baby.
Reclining Butterfly pose: For this pose, lie on your back and bend your legs, bringing in the soles of your feet together while still touching the mat. Now lie there while resting your arms on your sides.
The Flamingo pose: For this pose stand on one foot and bend the other one to bring in close the sole of your foot to your inner thigh. Now try to balance yourself in this pose.
